While we anticipate that you’ll be fully content with our product, we understand that circumstances might arise where you may seek a refund. Please review our refund policy below:
Annual Subscription Refund:
If, within two days of purchasing an annual subscription for any of PDF FlipBook’s plans (within 48 hours of payment), you determine that a refund is necessary, we are happy to accommodate your request. A specific reason is not required for a refund during this initial two-day window, although we greatly appreciate any feedback you may provide. Please note that any fees imposed by Stripe or Paypal, included in the original payment, will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund.

Upon processing the refund, your user account and all associated content will be permanently deleted.

Monthly Subscription Plans:

Refunds are not available for any of PDF FlipBook’s monthly subscription plans.

Upgrade Refund:

Refunds are exclusively granted when you choose to upgrade your existing annual subscription to another annual subscription plan. Should you opt for an upgrade, please reach out to us, and we will initiate the refund procedure.

What file formats can I share my flipbook in?

Share your flipbook in a responsive HTML5 format for browser viewing, no additional software needed. Generate a downloadable PDF version for offline viewing, if desired.
